A quiet day in northeastern Minnesota turned heartbreaking when a devastating crash on Interstate 35 near the Proctor exit claimed the life of 62-year-old Wayne P. Swenson.

Swenson was riding his Harley-Davidson motorcycle southbound on the interstate when it became involved in a multi-vehicle collision with a semi-truck and a Lincoln Town Car.
