BEREA, KENTUCKY — The Richmond community is grieving the heartbreaking loss of Bradley Clouse, 33, whose life was tragically cut short Wednesday morning following a machine-related incident at a manufacturing plant in Berea. Bradley’s sudden death has left his family, friends, coworkers and everyone who knew him struggling to come to terms with a loss that came far too soon.

The devastating incident occurred at the Astemo Americas plant on Mayde Road, where emergency authorities were called following a workplace incident involving machinery. The Madison County Coroner’s Office responded to the facility, where Bradley was found deceased.

Madison County Coroner Jimmy Cornelison identified Bradley as the victim, confirming the heartbreaking loss of the 33-year-old Richmond resident.

For those who knew Bradley, the news is difficult to comprehend. A place where he went to work and carry on with his daily responsibilities became the scene of an unimaginable tragedy.
